Meet the HR Director

We welcome Tonya as our HR Business Partner, and we are excited for her to help bolster our HR initiatives. Tonya brings a wealth of experience to North Vista. During her 35+ years of progressive Human Resources & Payroll Management career, she has held diverse responsible positions in Human Resources to include: Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Administration, Payroll, Compensation, Training, Diversity & Inclusion and Benefits Management in a variety of industries. Tonya’s most recent employer was in Southern California where she was responsible for all Compensation and Labor Relations matters for a staff in excess of 3,000 union and non-union healthcare workers. Prior to, she worked in Home Health, Education, Union for Theatre Arts, Aerospace and City Public Sector Administration. Tonya possesses her BA in Human Resources Management, a member of Executives in Human Resources, and a certified Real Estate Agent. A native of Southern California, she loves to cook, spend time with her husband, daughter, grandkids, watch football (Go Rams!!!) and documentaries.
