Patient Access Department

Patient Access includes Admitting, Financial Counseling, Insurance Verification and Cashier Services. We have over 35 employees working to obtain correct patient demographic information as well as securing and entering insurance data for each patient. The Main Admitting Department is open Monday thru Friday from 0530 to 1700. Financial Counseling and Insurance verification follow the same schedule. Our Emergency Department is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week with a vibrant team of Patient Access professionals.
