Meet the Executive Team
Vincenzo “Vince” Variale, serves as CEO of North Vista Hospital. He leads the hospital with strategic direction, operations, and physician relations, as well as maintaining overall leadership responsibility for the hospital. He has 37 years of Healthcare experience and 20 years in Behavioral Health. In his previous roles, he held positions as CEO, COO, CFO, VP of Corporate Operations, West Coast, VP of Behavioral Health, Financial Consultant and Auditor. Prior to that, Vince owned his business at V2 Financial Management Services as a Consultant to healthcare providers for operational and financial support in the hospital and corporate environment. In his spare time, he enjoys his personal time with his family. Vince holds a bachelor’s degree of Science Commerce from St. Vincent DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois and additional studies at Northern Illinois University.
Chief Financial Officer Elliott Kay – Elliott Kay serves as North Vista Hospital’s Chief Financial Officer. Elliott has over 15 years of hospital finance experience, including the last three years as the CFO for North Vista. He manages the financial departments as well as information technology and medical records. Before coming back to North Vista Hospital in 2015, he worked at Parkview Medical Center in Pueblo, CO, where he served as Accounting Manager. Previous to that, he has served as Controller for a number of hospitals in Nevada and Utah. He received his Master’s Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University in 1997. His goal as CFO is to develop new profitable service lines as a means of providing much needed medical care to the community that North Vista Hospital serves.
Chief Nursing Officer Rebecca Graham, MSN, RN, CCRN-K, has over 35 years of nursing experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Rhode Island College, Providence, Rhode Island, and a master’s in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Chicago, Illinois. She joined North Vista Hospital in August of 1994, as a charge nurse in critical care providing quality care for her patients and families with an emphasis on safety and patient satisfaction. From December 2017 to July 2020, she was the Medical Surgical Director where she was instrumental in the reorganization of Medical Surgical Services, enhancing staffing levels, improving nursing initiatives, patient fall compliance and staff accountability. Rebecca continues to demonstrate clinical competence, accountability, professionalism, and leadership abilities which led North Vista Hospital, Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health Requirements relating to staffing a Star Rating, 5 of 5 Stars, and multiple excellence quality and service awards from healthgrades.
